At last I saw the two shorts.....the first one sounded like Ju On and the last one was cool, the way that the zombie or vampire ran after his victim....
Zombie was the victim in the first one...right?

| first one sux second ones ok but i think they need more dialog in the script even tho its just a short clip or w/e b like "wth is that" or something at least i feel like a mute lookin at those 2 vid...again nice ending theme melody on the second vid from another asian horror lol |

Sorry boys, but these are rather poor efforts for film students if you ask me. Neither shows a complete lack of skill in film making (for the fact that they're students), but neither film shows the slightest hint of actual talent or imagination. I predict a potential future in the technical side of film maybe, but you won't ever see these guys as writers or actors... that's for sure!
FTR, I was really annoyed by the blatant theft of sound effects (Ju-On) in the first film, and OST (Resident Evil) in the second. Come on guys, everyone knows those films by now, don't they?

This was pretty decent. But i agree with kmouch, i thought there should've some more dialogue, for character development purposes.
The second was definitely the better of the two. The makeup effect of the zombie was pretty good lol. And yeah, what was up with the ju-on'ish sound of the first short??? lol!

The problem with short films is there isn't really room for a story or character development. Or at least in movies that short. However dialog is still required. But my main problem with these two movies is...
The Lack of Originality
If they're film student's they should know better then stealing ideas from other movies.
P.S. The monster in the second movie look like a Shibito from forbidden siren.
